  4. ADC- 180/- per sq.ft., IFMS (one time)- 50/- per sq.ft., EEC – 35/- per sq ft, FFC – 35/-per sq.ft., Power Back-up (3 Kva)- 20000/- per kva, Club membership (one time)- 50,000/- (Mandatory)


Note: -

  1. Service Tax Extra on total cost of flat.
